  • Are you insured?
    Yes, we have2 Million Pounds Public Liability Insurance. Our insurance is with Admiral Business Insurance. In the event you choose an alternative company for your work always check they are fully insured!
  • What Area Do You Cover?
    We cover Berkshire, Surrey and parts of North Hampshire. See our location page for a map of the areas we cover.
  • What if my tree has a TPO or is in a Conservation Area?
    We always check if the trees we are contracted to work on have Tree Preservation Orders on them. We do this free of charge. If a tree has a TPO or is in a Conservation Area then permission is required from the local council to approve any works. We can make this application for you for a fee if you require it.
  • What Is Your Payment Policy?
    We only request payment on completion of the proposed work. We accept cash, bank transfer, cheque and we will email a receipt.
  • What Factors Affect Cost?
    Cost is dependent on many factors including: - Size of tree - Access to the tree - Front or back garden - Flora or fauna under the tree - Species of tree - Any phone cables in close proximity to the tree - Condition of the tree (rotten or dead) - If the tree overhangs a building or road
  • How Soon Can You Fit Us In?
    Waiting times will vary depending on how busy we are at the time of your enquiry. During quiet periods waiting times can be as little as 2 weeks and busier times 4+ weeks. Emergency work can be prioritised and will be charged accordingly.
